When a modern-day college student suddenly wakes up in the body of Cha Sun Chaek (Seohyun) a background character in her favorite historical fantasy web novel she’s determined to lay low and survive until she can return home. But her plans are thrown off course after a drunken misstep lands her in the path of the novel’s cold and captivating male lead, Prince Yi Beon (Taecyeon).
His unexpected marriage proposal not only disrupts the story’s original timeline but also puts her in direct competition with the novel’s destined heroine, Cho Eun Ae (Kwon Han Sol). As Sun Chaek tries to set things right and push Yi Beon back toward his fated love, she finds herself caught in a growing affection she never expected.
Now, she must make an impossible choice: return to the world she knows or risk everything for a love that was never written for her.
